Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using Divine Declarations, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

Use of the App

Divine Declarations is a personal faith development tool. You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose of Bible reading, declaration practice, and prayer journaling. You may not use the app to distribute harmful content, attempt to access other users' data, or reverse-engineer any part of the application.

User Content

Prayers, testimonies, and notes you create in the app are your personal content. Divine Declarations does not claim ownership of your personal entries. You are responsible for the content you create within the app.

Bible Content

Bible text is sourced from the HelloAO Bible API and includes public domain translations (KJV, RVR1960, UBIO, BLT). Declaration content is original to Divine Declarations and protected by copyright. You may share individual declarations for personal encouragement but may not reproduce the full declaration library without permission.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings > Account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, all your personal data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

Disclaimer

Divine Declarations is provided 'as is' for personal spiritual development. We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service. The app is not a substitute for professional counseling, medical advice, or pastoral care.
